Lucas Roesler 00c734a136 Verify not goroutine leaks in the log proxy
**What**
- Add test to verify that the log proxy shutsdown correctly when the
client cancels
- Add test to verify that the log proxy shutsdown correctly when the
logs provider closes the connection
